RE: Sealex Building
Dear Mr. Crawford:
I am writing to report on the results of my inspection of the steel building frame for Sealex Inc. loacated at 8850 Moeller Drive in Little Traverse Township, Emmet County, Michigan. My inspection was made on the morning of Novemberr 1, 1995. I was accompanied by Bart Wangeman, of Colwell-Wangeman Construction, the general contractor for the building.
It is my opinion that the materials and erection processes used in the construction of the building frame comply completely with the approved, sealed plans and specifications prepared by Varco-Pruden Buildings, the designer and structural component fabricator of the building. Furthermore, it is my opinion that the completed building is a superior one in every sense of the word.
Please contact me if you have any questions about my report.
Sincerely,
Al Ranger, PE
Inspection Engineer
